Mega Envision Warranties On our Remodeling and Renovation Work

People are often unclear about what their rights are when it comes to warranties – particularly for workplace remodeling renovations. This is not helped by the fact that there are a few different sorts of warranties and protections that will apply, nor by the fact that the mechanisms and warranty periods.

The details of Warranty Policy are subjected to the terms and conditions in our Contract Document.

How long is the warranty period valid?

Mega Envision creates workplace remodeling that gives maximum possible benefits to our customer. Our warranty period includes 12 months of Defect Liability Period (DLP) and Extended Warranty for 48 months. It is valid from the date of Post-Installation Check-Out (PICO) and 100% full payment of all contracted amount by the customer.

What is covered under this warranty? The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on the following scope:

  • Fit-out works;
  • Workspace and Office furniture;
  • Built-in furniture;
  • Electrical works;
  • Light fittings;
  • ACMV services & Ventilation services;
  • Telecom data cable wiring;
  • Plumbing services;
  • Fire protection services;

The detail terms and conditions of Warranty Policy shall be stipulated inside the Contract Document.


What is not covered under this warranty? The following conditions, parts or products are not covered under the warranty:

  1. Normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches or damage caused by impacts or accidents;
  2. Products that have been stored, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned methods or wrong cleaning products or any human negligence;
  3. Non-durable replaceable parts are parts that have a limited life expectancy and are designed to be replaced;
  4. The warranty shall cease and Mega Envision shall thereafter in no circumstance be liable under the terms of warranty if the workmanship is repaired, altered or overhauled by third party and without our consent.
  5. Failure of customer to properly follow operating instructions and user equipment maintenance guidelines provided by the manufacturers or by us at time of installation;
  6. Existing system or hidden structure which are already exist before our alteration and remodeling;
  7. Acts of God, uncertain weather or physical damage;
  8. The warranty is not transferable;
  9. The owner refuse to sign up our 60 months maintenance services under the ‘Maintenance Services Package’.

The detail terms and conditions of Warranty Policy shall be stipulated inside the Contract Document.
